My sister came to visit this past week. It is good to see someone finally that I have not seen in person in 2 years. So of course we decided to cook together. The issue was trying to find the right thing to cook. It couldn’t be too complicated. I mean… I am not a chef.

There was a time when I wanted to be… and for a minute I entertained the idea of going back to school to become one. But in the meantime, I will collect cookbooks. I have so many, you would think it would be easy to settle on something. But no.

Needless to say… We weren’t able to find something to suit our particular needs so we turned to the next best place. PINTEREST. I have a few boards dedicated to food. Don’t judge me. I am going to add a video but you will see me seasoning the beef… And you will notice in the recipe, it doesn’t actually call for you to season the beef. That didn’t sit right with me. Go forth! Season!
